Thanks for troubleshooting this syncing issue by yourself. If your watch isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.

Best AnswerAfter resetting everything I can get it to pair again but then after just a few sinks if no longer connects anymore. Seems to have started after my s8 plus was updated to the pie operating system.
Best AnswerThanks for the reply. I have tried that. It works for a couple syncs after that but stops again when I have the watch away from the phone. It wont reconnect unless I hold the left side button and the right side bottom button.

Ugh. It's tracking on the watch but app no longer is working or syncing
