Versa not syncing

I should not have to keep resetting my phone and versa just to sync once or twice before having to restart everything all over to sync again. What is going on here?

Thanks for troubleshooting this syncing issue by yourself. If your watch isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.

After resetting everything I can get it to pair again but then after just a few sinks if no longer connects anymore. Seems to have started after my s8 plus was updated to the pie operating system.

Hi Vicvonglahn,

 

Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling the Fitbit app on your phone? let me know if that works.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried that. It works for a couple syncs after that but stops again when I have the watch away from the phone. It wont reconnect unless I hold the left side button and the right side bottom button.

Having the same issues here. Won't sync, not connected to Bluetooth..

Ugh. It's tracking on the watch but app no longer is working or syncing

I am having the same problem.  So frustrating!  I have reinstalled the app. I've forced quit and turned Bluetooth on and off. I've forgotten the device and paired it again.  Still the same result.
