1st I keep getting this message that say “Bluetooth Issues “ yet when I hit the option to “Restart Bluetooth “ nothing happens!!! I’ve only had my Versa since February and when I do the Work Week Hustle my steps don’t sync I was in 2 challenges this week and it’s only Monday but I had 25,000 steps but in the challenge it was showing I only had 3,000 this is beyond frustrating because this has been an ongoing issue call customer service they say we’re aware of the problems and we are working to fix them!!!! I’ve called 3 or 4 times and sent emails this thing cost to much money not work properly....I’ve shut it down....I’ve done a factory reset.....I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled the app!!! I’m at a lost and beyond frustrated.....With the challenges I know the time difference can play a part I also know any steps before the challenge starts won’t count!!!! So with all that being said I think the Versa sucks I’ve given it a chance and now I’m wanting to know if I still have my receipt and my original packaging will I be able to get my money back?
