Versa not tracking exercise activities more than once a day

Someday I click  bike to start and timer works but everything else doesn't.. it just says connecting the whole hour i ride

I know this was forever ago but did you get your watches fixed? Did it start automatically tracking your walks? I just had this problem right now. Thanks in advance

I never was able to fix it, I had to return my watch and get a replacement. But I did get a refund for it.

Hi, i actually stopped using the versa. I got the versa 2. But i remember
sending an email to the customer service for help. Somehow they helped in
resolving this just can't remember exactly what i was asked to do again.
Sorry about this i know it can be frustrating. All the best

No! 3 weeks and finally got them to replace it. 4 phone calls later! Don't
email call them!

I have done this several time. and all the app does is go back to the time face or freezes. I am so frustrated.
