Versa not turn on after going to 0% battery

Yesterday afternoon my Versa randomly went to 0% (it should not have done this as I had just charged it fully the previous day). I tried charging it several different ways - different plugs, my computer, charging overnight etc. and it will not charge. It will not even turn on, or show 0% on the screen anymore. I have tried every troubleshooting solution I have come across, including cleaning both the Versa and the charger, without any success. Can anyone help?
