Versa app states it needs to update and on starting the update goes till the last and states update failed. Very frustrating since last 4 days. What can I do.

Thank you Kuzibri!! My first challenge is the clock face.. my Versa has got stuck on the Fitbit icon: it won’t turn to clock face. So I am unable to restore my clock face to original from 3rd party. Would you be able to help me with that first??

Hi, you're very welcome. Regarding the Clock Face: I'm afraid you will have to perform a Factory Reset to get this done. Click the link and you will find all the info needed for that. This seems an unlucky issue, but if fact in your case it will be an advantage, cause after the FR and whilst setting it up again with your phone, the newest Firmware version will be installed. But, first of all: after the factory reset, change your clock face first before performing the setup, using my guide. Good luck, hope this works.
BTW, when everythinmg goes well with the FR, you will have a Fitbit Clock Face and thus you can start setting it up to your phone directly. Let me know!!
