Hi @Insanebuthappy, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community.
I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it doesn't vibrate when getting notifications.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, turn off the notifications and turn them back on. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if it vibrates properly when getting notifications.

Apparently my phone isn't on the compatable list although this problem only started a couple of weeks ago and I've had the phone almost a year. I have now decided to change from fitbit
