When I swipe up on the screen the fit bit logo appears briefly then the screen returns to the watch face. Before the update, my Versa was working fine. Now it is pretty much useless. I have reset it many times. It does nothing to the issue. Anyone else having the same problem?

@AndreaFitbit Pairing is not the issue. The battery drain is. Offering my wife a 35% discount is not working to resolve the issue. I purchased this watch as a gift.
Also, I don't know if this is related, but what's the latest firmware version? My wife's watch is 35.72.1.19, and it's saying there's an update for it. I've been trying to update for over a week now and the update doesn't stick. Tried Bluetooth, wifi, factory resets, everything. Please see my video below. Please forward to the development team. Is the watch constantly trying to download the update? Please forward to your development department.

@KFergz are you experiencing this update issue?

If I can't get mine to work I won't be replacing it ...
Maybe it's a way to get people to purchase new ones 🤔

@KFergz thank you for your comment, our team is investigating about this situation.
@Runner1143, thank you for your feedback, for the clarification and for adding your video. Last Versa 2 firmware version is VERSION 35.72.1.19 does the app show you that there´s the update?
@MommaGT, does swipe up error only happen when swiping up, or it happens when navigating elsewhere on the watch like checking notifications or looking at other apps?

@AndreaFitbit Yes it always says "Update Available". I was hoping it was a bug fix for the battery issues. I assumed I was on an older version. But it sounds like this is another issue. I get this notification on multiple android and an IOS devices. Multiple factory resets on the watch. Always the same result as seen in the video.
