Versa not working, shows red light

My watch started out with a bright red light in the sensor area and then after a restart it's a faint red light and the sensors still don't work.  I really loved this watch, could someone help me restart the sensors somehow.... it stays red even when the device is turned off.

Let me help you with your Versa not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try doing a factory reset on your device. Note that you will need to set it up again after this.
