Versa notifications not working

I have been using versa since February 2019 and never had any problem. I updated Fitbit app to the latest version this month. Since then notification server stop working everyday. I have restarted phone many times and did all the trouble shooting suggest. Also reinstalled the app from Google app store. When ever I reinstall the app it will start working fine and few hours later the notification server stops working again and again. What should I do to fix. I am using OnePlus 5T.

Let me help you with your Versa notifications and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
