Hi I hope someone can help. I have had my versa since release about 18 months ago and everything was great until I went to charge it one day and when I clicked it into the charger, the normal charging status did not display. Then I checked on it an hour or so later and it was really hot. I removed it from the charger and it hasn’t worked since. Is there any way this is recoverable? I am lost without it and seriously disappointed if this is the end.
