Versa pauses while running

After I have started the Run exercise the Fitbit repeatedly pauses the program. Is there a way to correct this?

Hi, would you be so kind as to tell us when the Versa pauses during running. In some cases it's normal that the Versa pauses.

I hit the run button. It says let’s go and the time
Starts but pauses within 20-30 seconds. Does this repeatedly

Maybe this might be the problem. You're indeed running but your position/location stays the same. Please check if this also happens when you're running outdoors for, let's say, ten minutes. Mind that the Versa pauses when you have to stop, f.i. for a traffic light. Hope this helps, keep me posted.
