Versa refusing to wake up

I've trawled through several posts and can only see the reset as a suggestion to get my Versa to work but have had no luck at all. 

 

The watch has charge and is vibrating when I get notifications but the alarm did not go off (bit late for work this morning!) and the screen is completely blank.

 

I spent a good 5 minutes holding down the buttons but this didn't do anything. The green lights on the back are flashing intermittently but the screen just won't come on! Extremely disappointed as I really love my Versa and it is extremely useful for my job. Any ideas, anyone? Not even had it a year!

my fitbit also stopped working today, similar symptoms but looks like after the first reset it just failed completely. Was there an update that killed a bunch of the Versas?

I’ve just woken up and mine is doing the exact same thing - so annoying.

Seems all fitbits work for a time then just stop for no reason. OH has gone over to Apple Watch for this very reason but I’ve been resisting. Not sure for how much longer I can keep being loyal to Fitbit

My Versa was very sluggish in swiping this morning (charged 100% last night) but today the screen disappeared.  Still vibrating and green light on back intermittent. Tried to recharge,  restart and reset.  No luck.  This is my replacement Versa too so only a couple of months old.  Not sure what to do next

Did yours come on? Was your screen flashing at all before this happened.?  My screen started flashing around 8pm last night & now nothing completely dead.

Just went to bed and it was fine. Blank screen this morning

 Although I smashed the buttons together for a few seconds this morning and it seem to reboot it self still not impressed

No mine didn't flash.  It just didn't come on when I wanted the timeSent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

It happened overnight so I'm not sure if it flashed. It's still getting messages through so it's just the screen that's not working. Very annoying when my alarm goes off at 4:45am as I can't turn it off!

Mine was working around 1 am Pacific. It is not now. Tried refreshing to see if that worked to reset it. It hasn’t. $150 is too much to pay for something that doesn’t last. If it’s a software issue, please fix it.
