I have a Versa, Loveit!
But for the past 4 days it is not syncing and the LED light is on red all the time. Has not sync my sleep or heart rate. Has full battery. Please can someone help me...the trouble shooting is not helpful at all.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them. After this, monitor your Versa and see if the issue get fixed.

I tried every troubled shooting to no avail even with a rep...they are sending me a new one since it is under warranty.

What was the solution to this? My LED lights have not been on for four days now and the watch no longer tracks 'activity' or 'heartbeat' (latter a little troubling! lol)

The LED lights on the back of My Versa are not on at all anymore. No longer tracking sleep correctly and not tracking heart rate at all. This seems to have occurred after swimming/lounging on a floatie in 42” deep water. Very frustrated and disappointed as all trouble shooting, shut down, re-set, etc. not working.
