Versa's back button stopped working

I cant do anything with my watch because the back button won't work so I am stuck on a screen and can't go back or re start.

Hi @Kirstywright, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the back button is not working properly.

 

Please clean around the button with a toothpick in order to remove any dust or moisture that may be affecting the functionality of your watch. After this, press the button for 10 seconds and see if the issue gets fixed.

I've tried this and doesn't work still. Can I send it back for a new one or
be fixed?
