@Joebaby Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear about your Versa's battery draining quickly. I suggest you clean the back contacts with a toothpick or toothbrush and then use cotton with rubbing alcohol. Plug it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (don't use hubs nor battery packs) and restart it by doing the following:
1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.2.- Let go of the buttons.3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
Also try disabling the All Day Sync option on your Fitbit app (tap the Versa's icon then scroll down and look for the option). If you have recently installed any new clock face or app from a third party try removing it and after all this monitor its behavior.
