Hi there. My Versa 2 started doing this as well just in the last couple of weeks. Is there an answer you can post so others can follow? Or do we have to all call customer support? Thanks.

@lbb4ever, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit forums.

Since you mentioned that your Versa 2 screen is also freezing. If you haven't done so, I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Thanks for responding. I restarted and removed all saved clock faces except
for the waveform by Fitbit. I restarted the Fitbit again. It is still
freezing. It doesn't respond to swiping as smoothly as it should. When it
does swipe, it gets stuck in between screens. Etc etc. It's quite a painful
experience 😕

The freezing is making it difficult to accept my alarms. And Fitbit has now decided to reboot randomly. I think it's done it four times in the last hour. I did a factory reset yesterday too. I'm very sad.

MyFitbit Versa 2 has constantly been freezing , as well. Or I will look down and the Fitbit symbol will appear on the screen(I’m assuming forced reboot).
