My family went to the ocean for spring break. I wore my Versa in while we were surfing (water was no higher than 6 ft). I noticed that the fitbit would flip to a settings screen and then flip back to the clock screen. It has done that for about a week. I was unable to use the buttons on the side to go back to the main screen. Today, I noticed my fitbit would not sync. I tried to restore to factory and it is unable to pair to my phone. Any suggestions you have would be great.
thanks,
Maria

Hi, you can try setting up your Versa to your phone again by making use of the little guide I wrote during the update to the newest Firware version, which you will get now also when setting up. Is uses WiFi instead of BT, maybe that helps. See this:
https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Versa-Lite/Hassle-free-guide-to-update-your-Versa-s-firmware/t.... Replace "my Versa" with "your Versa". If that does not solve your problem, I would advice you to contact Customer Support as your Versa might suffered water damage during surfing. Good luck!!

@Versaissues_Ria Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with the syncing and screen issues that your Versa is experiencing.
I'd just like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the troubleshooting steps that shared @SunsetRunner.
In addition, I noticed that you tried a factory reset already. Please try restarting your Versa as described in this help article. After this, monitor your tracker's behavior.
Looking forward to your response! 😀
