My versa is barely out of warranty (I think), and has started glitching. I prefer to have it set to only "wake up" when I touch the button or double tap the screen. But today it started randomly scrolling through the options, like it does when it is awake and you tap the screen. But it won't turn off, and it won't stop. It has now started changing its own settings, because it's acting as if I'm tapping it. Kills the battery, and the settings changing is super.

Hi @Kmknight88, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it changed its settings by itself and it won't turn off making the battery to drain fast.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

i am having exactly the same problem plus more. it scrolls the four items i track like a slot machine and vibrates on my wrist. the only way for me to stop it is to touch the screen. since this happen it also drains my battery. My screen sticks also and takes 10-15 touches or swipes to go to next screen. i called tech support. they walked me through restart and then factory reset.(very hard to do since it took me forever to get to factory reset with barely functioning watch) This still did not fix with all techs options. so after waiting all day for the next level of support to get back to me, While writing this my email finally came through and they offered me 35% off my next new watch purchase. This is my second fitbit watch to go bad within months of warranty ending. i don't believe even with the discount i will ever buy another fitbit.

@fifascott Thank you for participating in our Fitbit forums. I'm sorry about the screen issue that your Fitbit Versa experienced. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under the warranty period.
The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup. I understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.

Same problem with mine! I am done with Fitbit. Screw how many steps I take in a day.
