I brought my versa as a treat for my birthday end of July after loving my Alta so much I wore every day now my 9year old wears it and loves it, no problem ever with it. This evening firstly my versa wouldn't sync, I didn't think anything of it and then a couple of hours later my versa screen became suddenly started glitching. The screen is covered in lines iv switched it on and off etc... I'm completely gutted I have emailed fitbit, I have read it's a bit of an issue with this watch.... Iv not had it 3 months does anyone know the procedure or process please? Completely gutted will be feeling lost without it. Many thanks liz

I have yes the screen this morning is completely blank with lines 😞
