Versa screen not recognizing touch

I just connected this new Versa today. Its a replacement for my original that quit working properly. Only the buttons on the sides are working. I can not swipe, or tap. It continues to stay on the home screen. Has anyone else had this problem/ have any solutions?

Hi, restart your Versa several (4 to 5) times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons.

Sorry to hear that your Versa touchscreen isn't working as it should and for the late reply. Did you try the suggestions @SunsetRunner shared with you? Did it work or is the issue still present?
