Versa screen not working

Anyone had to send back watch more than once? I purchased a versa for my wife and Icon for my self. Already we had to get them replaced. Once for me and 2 times with the versa for my wife. They just black out. Now Ill must say the fitbit warranty is good no issues with getting an replacement. But how many replacements will we have to get? It makes us feel like we spent 500 dollars on half **ahem** equipment. How long is our warranty? They obviously knew this would happen since they dont even ask for the watch back to prove or fit em.

I will gladly assist you with this. Since Support is replacing the device they may require that you return the defective one. Still you can review the warranty for these details and to know for how long your device is covered.
