Hello! My Versa screen went black. I charged it last night and this morning the screen just went black and had a blue streak both sides. I did try many times to do the re-set button and the Fitbit logo appears then my clock face too for a second then turn the screen to black again. What happened? I have my Versa now for almost 2 years and don't have any problems till now. This is so sad 😞 Is my Versa done? Any ideas? Thanks!

Update! Spoke to customer service through their live chat option. Walked me through multiple reset attempts as well as changing the clock face with no luck. Since mine is past warranty they gave me 25% code for a new one. If yours is less than a year old you should qualify for a replacement. Reach out to them, and good luck!
Best Answer@RyanG1207 I think yours still under the warranty. They might replace it for a new one but sadly mine can't. I did not buy the extended warranty 😞
Best AnswerMine is doing the same thing! I’ve had it for about 2 years, and while it’s still syncing everything, and I feel it vibrate with messages and alarms, there’s nothing showing up on screen. It’s charged and I’ve tried restarting it several times. Has anyone found something that works? I’m going to try just letting it die and see if it works after recharging..
Best AnswerI’m having the same issue today! My watch is about 2 years old as well...
Tried the factory reset several times and the screen “lights up” but remains black with no logos. It is continuing to sync with the app and track steps but I’m unable to view anything on the watch face. Hope we can all get this resolved!
Best AnswerI'm having the same issue. Screen went black yesterday and still hasn't come on. I thought it needed to charge but noticed it was still tracking my steps in the app. I've tried reset and factory reset but nothing happens. The screen lights up as if something is happening but nothing actually shows on the screen.

Best Answer@AL795 Thanks for the update. I did changed my clock face too with no luck and did factory reset. I figured if I call tech support they will give me 25% discount too since mine is past warranty. Based on the other reviews that I read today, I might switch to Apple watch. Thanks Fitbit for all the good times!
I spoke with customer service via chat, I bought mine Nov. '19. It's under warranty so I can send it in to get a new one too! Now to wait the time out. I also have to contact them about my Fitbit subscription being delayed😔
Best AnswerMine was doing the same thing and I purchased it in May 2019. I did chat with customer service and I was more frustrated than when I started. I actually made the switch to Apple last night. My thoughts are if it breaks in less than 15 months why spend that kind of money on another one ESPECIALLY when customer service is NO help.
Same thing happened to mine and it’s just over a year old contacted customer service using chat and they couldn’t fix it so are sending me a replacement.
Best AnswerWhy would you get another ? My went black also versa watch. There is no repair. I will not buy another even with a discount !’
Best AnswerSadly exactly after two years the exact same thing happened to me! I washed it with water and after a couple of hours out of nowhere the screen doesn't turn on even though I can still feel the vibrations
