My Versa 1 screen is not displaying. I have tried to reset, leave to discharge and then recharge. Green light is lighting on the back. It is connecting to my phone. Any suggestions please 🙏.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @CircusDad09.
I am sorry to hear your Versa screen won't turn on. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:
- Confirm the steps to restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
- Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

My Fitbit Versa Lite is having the same problems. I have tried the two things you have mentioned. Neither works. It syncs and registers everything else. What to do now. I have found no telephone number to actually reach a person to solve this problem.

Similar problem here. My Versa won't turn on. My screen is black and by holding buttons down, occasionally I can get it to light up a bit so the black screen becomes more gray/white. I occasionally get a small vibration when holding buttons down. But no graphics appear at all. Green light on the back works. Won't sync. Help!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @wolfjack7 @stotty73.
@wolfjack7 Thank you for joining the thread and sharing that you're experiencing the same issue with your watch. I appreciate your efforts and the additional details, I understand how you are feeling. I recommend you to follow the next steps to perform a factory reset on your device:
- On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).
- When the device vibrates, release all buttons.
- Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
- When the device successfully resets, please use the normal out of the box process.
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
@stotty73 Thank you for sharing the issues with your device. I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our Support team, for them to take a deeper look at this. Please keep an eye on your inbox.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

same process and nothing happened. Then it wouldn't come back on until I
put it in the charger. It is syncing with no problem. I just put it back
on my wrist and it's tracking everything.

Hello, I am unable to do what you have directed because I cannot get the
Fitbit logo to appear on my screen at all. I've tried holding down all
three buttons many times for many minutes. I've also tried all combinations
of holding just one button or just two buttons. The Fitbit logo will not
come on the screen. I occasionally get the screen to light up a little bit
to a gray screen instead of the normal black. And I can occasionally get it
to vibrate and I can occasionally get a green light to come on on the back
of the device. And it did sync once last night while I was trying all these
efforts to revive it. That's about the only life I've seen. Any other
suggestions?
Thank you,

I tried restarting it and even resetting it. The pixels sometimes turn from black to a dark grey, but I can't get any image to appear.
This watch was expensive and I expected it to last longer than this. It seems like many people are experiencing this issue. Is this a known bug? How can you help me to fix it? (Other than what you just mentioned)

My Fitbit Versa 1 is having the same problem. Tried all the recommended steps listed below, however, my screen remains blank. It syncs with the app and registers everything else. My Versa is just over a year old and the green light is still flickering on the back.
Thank you.
