I have received my Versa Thursday and after 2 hours of charging it. The battery got drained within 6 hours. I have charge it on a PC. last night, slept with the watch to wake up to see my watch is down to 0%. Any other user having this problem? Should I waiy for an update to correct that or its a harware problem. Thank you for your answers.

Hi, mine's the same. I bought mine as a replacement for a Samsung GearS2 as it was recommended by a runner and I'm so disappointed that almost everything is says on the box is wrong - I'm lucky if I get a day and half out of mine even with factory reset and everything turned off (what's the use!).
Then to top it all today I was out in my car and steps were being recorded as I was driving. I think bin is the next place it's going if I don't get a decent response from fitbit.

So it seems. I am on my second versa & it died at 50% charge (after about 6 weeks of working well) & nothing I do can get any life out of it at all so there are no tests I can do to check the battery. I am still waiting for feed back from Customer Support. So disappointed in Fitbit we are a fitbit family with a zip, three Alta's, a Blaze & now the dud Versa. May be time to move to either Apple or Garmin I think which is so disappointing.

I am still waiting for my replacement. I don't have high hopes for it, that's for sure. I also purchased an extended warranty through SquareTrade because now I'm just expecting it to not last. Versa is such a dud.

What’s disconcerting is that this thread has gone on for months along with the one about the device not syncing. You would think by now a fix would be available. Back to my original thought that these were rolled out too soon.

Hi, I did just that and both Fitbit and the store I purchased it from couldn't have been nicer. Now have an Ionic and 3rd day down the track and I still have 72% battery life left.
Looking hopeful.

I,am on average getting about 2 days. I have changed the versa in multiple ways trying to get longer battery life. Charged over night on Saturday. Have worn it yesterday and now at 4:30pm is at 48%.

I have had my versa since Mother’s day and the past couple weeks have experienced the same having to charge every 2 days in the beginning it wasn’t an issue. I called support yesterday so I have all notifications off, all
day sync off and quick view off. It was 100% yesterday around 2pm and I am at 23% now. So tomorrow I will calling them once it is completely dead as they instructed. So I am hoping they will tell
me they will be sending a replacement. I will be finding out soon.

Yep I'm having the same problem except mine isn't even lasting out the day, it's got no apps Running and have turned everything but the heartrate monitor off and I can fully charge it before bed and wake up 6hrs later with 58% left 😡. I'm going to be contacting Fitbit, this is ridiculous!

I did today, We're going through the factory reset and test the battery stage. I'm positive it will be the same under 24hrs and then hopefully they'll have a suitable solution to the issue. Good luck with your new one hope it is issue free 🙂

Tori.18 this one is still working fine. Battery life is good. Syncs like it’s supposed to...I’m glad this third one has been reliable.

Battery test: my versa Lasted 14hrs! 🙄 Hopefully they send me a replacement, fingers crossed

100% agree.
I am still waiting for next steps to proceed with a refund after my second Versa is again a dud.

Just got the fitbit versa special edition. It was holding a 4day charge and now I am having to charge it every night. What is up with that
