Versa shuts down by itself.

Hi .

My Versa shuts down by itself and won't turn on unless it is on the charger.  It is fully charged.  Please help!

Hi @AJD51481  Try restarting the Versa several times and also try a Factory Reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About)

I did try the factory reset but it still shuts down by itself.   It also still won’t turn back on unless it is plugged into the charger.
