Versa sleep hours aren't updating on the watch

I've been having problems with this Versa steps and mileage but now it's added not updating the sleep hours on the device. The app is fine but I have had the same sleep hours on the watch for the last 4 days. Any suggestions?

I've tried turning my phone off then back on. I've also tried holding all three buttons on my watch til the fitbit logo comes back on...nothing to reset my sleep screen on my watch. It's been stuck for over a month...HELP

I think you have to sleep for at least 3 hrs before it will show up on app.

I rebooted the Fitbit watch and that updated the sleep on the watch face.
