Versa sleep is not recording and notifications not working

I got my versa a couple of days ago and have had a few problems. My sleep is not recording, phone notifications are not working and the HR is off by as much as 40bpm when compared to my garmin.

Hi Sharonob, I found this fix posted by someone else a little while ago:

"Hi! It's a bug with the new system apparently. If you click 'Edit Sleep Time' and change the start time by 1 minute prior, you'll be able to see the time periods once it's recalibrated. Hopefully it's fixed soon!"

 

For the notifications, are you on Android or iOS? If Android, is your phone on 'Do Not Disturb'?

Thanks from your response. Ive tried this for the sleep records and it' still the same.

For the notifications I'm android and have my notifications on but it's still not working.
