Versa steps says undefined, hourly steps says NaN, heartrate just dash lines. Restarted watch no luck, data I'd showing in the app

It sounds like you are using a third-party clock face. Sometimes they don't keep up-to-date with Fitbit changes. I suggest switching to a clock face "by Fitbit" and see if that works. If so, then you can experiment with other clock faces you like to see which work right.

I've used the same clock face for a long time without issues. I did change and it is good now thank you
