Versa steps missing from app

Steps once again missing from the app. Watch says i done over 17k but app says 6232 .

Happened about a month ago and you can't get them back.

I will be switching to Garmin if fitbit don't get their crap together

@Kelpaige Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your missing steps from your Versa. Did you log any activities on the affected date? Could you share a screenshot of the activities area on your app? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure you sync your Versa at least once a day.
