Versa stopped having notification

My Fitbit versa has just stopped giving notifications, I have reset the app & Fitbit to factory settings and it still hasn't helped. 

All settings are turned on for notifications. 

Can anyone give me some advice?

Hi @Natalie1992,

 

It sounds like it's a connection issue with your phone and the device.  Have you told your phone to forget the device and then reconnect it?

Hi @DramaQueenDiva , 

I have done this, deleted and removed all apps and versa off my phone, I am still able to get call notifications just not message notifications.

Check and make sure that the do not disturb setting is turned off in the
tracker it self.
