Versa stopped receiving notifications

I have been receiving notifications without issue, then one day they stopped. My daughter had been playing with the buttons and not sure if she turned something off. I have tried to sync it, reconnect it with Bluetooth, nothing has worked. It says notifications are on but they are not being displayed unless I pull them down from the top. Suggestions?

Welcome to the Community Forums @Klk0509! I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for the steps you've tried so far to solve the issue with the notifications not coming through on your Versa.

From the clock screen, hold the back button and swipe to the quick settings screen and make sure that the notification setting is enable. Robot wink If you see a line across the word Notifications, this means that it has been off, so just tap the screen to enable them again.

Also, make sure that you haven't changed a related setting on your phone, such as turning on Do Not Disturb, Quiet hours, or Driving mode. To double check all requirements, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

If notifications aren’t working after checking the steps above, force quit the Fitbit app and reopen it to sync your Fitbit device. Notifications should work as expected after your device syncs.

If they don't, please restart your device and then refresh your notifications by following the steps below:

  1. Tap the Today tab and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Notifications.
  3. Turn off all notifications.
  4. Restart your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and turn notifications back on.

Give this a go and let me know the outcome, I'll be around.
