Today my versa stopped receiving text notifications from my Samsung S10. I'm still getting call and WhatsApp notifications.
I have tried uninstalling the Fitbit app, restarting both the fitbit and the phone, checked all the settings are on etc.
I just cant get to the bottom of it.
Any ideas?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

Same for me. Receive all other notifications just not text messages for stock app. I've installed a 3rd party app and get notifications for that. Tried all the recommendations and nothing worked. Fitbit has entered a ticket for this so hopefully gets resolved quickly.

same exact thing. I have S10+. All other apps, emails and phone calls are received but does not work when texts are sent using the native messaging app.

Would love to know when this issue is fixed. This was one of the reasons i bought my fitbit and my daughters veresa lite.

Unfortunately I gave up waiting for the issue to resolve itself and bought myself a Samsung watch to sync with my phone instead. Pity, as I loved my Versa, but need the text notifications to work as it was one of the main reasons I bought a fitbit...

I have tried all the troubleshooting things and still don't get text notifications. All other notifications come through with no problem so i know it's not a connection problem

I'm having this issue too. I was told it's a known issue with Android devices. They are working on a fix.

Same thing happened with me and my s10+! It is beyond annoying. I have done EVERY trouble shooting step and it still does not work. I really hope they are able to fix this issue soon!

just last night around 8 PM EST, I received my first text message notification in MONTHS. Since then, every text that came through has notified me. Anyone else experience the same?
Is there a Fitbit moderator following this that can confirm the bug and dev resolved the issue?
