Versa stopped syncing to my phone

I am very frustrated with Fitbit. Mine was working fine until Monday night. It won't sync unless i do an update but update fails. I have spoken to their customer service and they say it's not compatible with my phone. It was until Monday!! Does anyone know how to bypass the update??

I just got mine too and it stopped syncing about an hr ago. I'm trying to reset everything and it's still not syncing.. I'm thinking about returning it.

I would definitely return it. They refuse to acknowledge their is a problem. They keep blaming my phone but clearly every one doesn't have the same phone.

This is very strange that everybody seems to be having the same syncing issue since Monday! My versa 2 also stopped syncing and receiving notifications on Monday  and says about fitbit app required when I have been using it fine, with the app, since I got it just 4 months ago. Very frustrating!

I finally asked in their Facebook page and they told me to reinstall it. Took a long time but it worked!!

I had the exact same issue. It was working fine and when it updated it no longer works with my s20 note. They say its because it's not compatible but it worked fine before the update. Very frustrated!!
