My versa had been giving me active minutes until a week ago. Now no matter what exercise I do, it registers as no active minutes ( examples of exercises biking, lifting weights, walk/jog, push mowing mower). I factory reset the Versa, disconnected versa from iphone, and it still shows no active minutes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My heart rate data is pretty spot on... my fat burn, cardio and max heart rate are accurate to my workouts... it just won't convert to active minutes. And the weight records are way off??

So annoying, paid a lot for this device. Active minutes were recorded yesterday at 8, I did the did the same walk today with a heavy load, and only 2 minuets were recorded. Ultimately a significant portion of my walk was simply not recorded.
How do I return this device for a refund.
Considering all that these complaints Fitbit are a joke, and market bravdo.

I have the same problem. My active minutes have not tracked for about a week or so. I walked 3 miles four times a week. So I know I have active minutes also I only burned 9 cal doing that. There has to be a problem with the Fitbit software. I know there have been some updates because the look of the Fitbit app has changed. I liked knowing how many calories and how many active minutes I have per day. Maybe the Fitbit administrator can figure this out

The same is happening to me after about a year of using my Versa 2 with no problem! Did all that's suggested to no avail. I hope something can be done soon.
