After having the Versa for less than a month, my activity and sleep time stopped tracking. This forum says to restart the Versa to fix it. It didn’t the first time but it did the second time. But now it stopped again so I restarted my Versa again. It seems to work but this is not how this watch should work!!!

Let me help you with you Versa not recording your activity and thank you for restarting your device. I would like to suggest you factory reset your device. Once this is done you will need to set it up again. See how it behaves after this.
