Versa sync dongle

So I just bought a sync dongle for my computer so I can sync my versa, but one issue I'm having is that I can't install apps or change my watch face, every time I press the app store or the watch face collection it just says turn on Bluetooth, which isn't necessarily a big issue but its annoying. Is there any way I can change faces and add apps or would I need to get a Bluetooth chip for my PC?

Hi, even if you would have enabled BT, which is only neccesary the first time you pair your Versa with your computer, you cannot download apps or watch faces, cause the Fitbit dashboard is limited in that way, even when you use Fitbit Connect. Only when you connect your Versa to the Fitbit app on a mobile device, you can DL apps and change clock faces.

Hi, which Windows version are you using? If, Windows 10, then just press settings - devices - switch BT on and press add another BT device.

Yes I am using windows 10, but since I don't have a laptop and only an PC without Bluetooth, I cannot turn on Bluetooth

google search:

 

Go to your Fit bit account and search advanced settings.

Search Classic mode and connect the dongle.

You'll be able to change your device clock face with this mode.
