Mine went on the blink yesterday, literally. But was fixed with this easy step today.
Once I did all this and reloaded it as a new device, it works perfectly now!

I was able to get my versa working today after being down for three days. It took me a while to figure out the instructions but it appears to be good.

Had the same problem, took all the steps got it to work again yesterday. Today same problem again.
