Hey my Versa isnt syncing anymore. This is happening more often now...It started like two months ago.
I have tried everything I could think of; turning off the bluetooth, deleting the device and trying to add it again, letting it run its course and try to come back to do it again. Mine was purchase Sept 22 last year...not even one year old yet.

@jasminetsai98 @Dajake What phone are you using? Is it on theSupported Devices List?

Yes that one should work. If trying all the troubleshoots in the Help Article I linked above doesnt help, perhaps contact Support and see if they can help you (before the year is up) Link in my signature
