Versa touch screen isn't working

When I woke up this morning I notice my Fitbit clock face isn’t working but I can go through the menu on my Fitbit however it then won’t let me select anything on the menu.  I have tried to sync it with my phone as well but it’s not working. Help?

Hi there @Sophiie1995, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about your Versa 2's touch screen that is not responding and for trying to fix the issue prior to contacting us, I'l be glad to continue assisting you. 

In order for me to better assist you with this, please try the steps below if you haven't done so yet:

  1. Check in the Fitbit app if your Versa is still syncing, if so, try changing the clock face to a different one by following these steps: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. The steps are done through the Fitbit app, do not worry if you cannot see anything on the screen for this process. 
  2. Please confirm if you've restarted your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
