Recieved my versa 3 months ago and after charging it last night, the touch screen no longer responds.I have restarted it multiple times by holding down the side and bottom until the fitbit symbol comes on but cannot reset from the Settings option on the phone because that requires the use of a touch scree

@ShameelOswal, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the touch screen won't respond. I appreciate the time spent trying the restart process before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

JuanJo, My VersaLite is doing the same thing. I've reset it several times to o avail. I reset the clockface to a fitbit clock. My alarms go off every day and I can't turn them off either. Please help!

mine too!!!! I’ve tried the reset so many times to no avail and now my battery life is only lasting a couple of days. Only had it 3 months. Versa 2 SE.

Similar but slightly different issues.
My Versa's touch screen responds to certain items and not to others, and sometimes unwanted action (press settings and get weather). Some of the options in settings are now grayed out and non-responsive (DIm, Do not disturb as just a couple of examples).
Scrolling down from the main clock face sometimes works sometimes not at all.
I've restarted it too many times. as well as shut it off completely and powered it up, but nothing changes.
I've changed to a Fitbit clock face but exactly the same issues.
It appears that the device is nearly done after 13 months
Yes the 1 year warranty expired on 4-19-2020, yes disappointing.
Please advise if there is anything that may be done or is it time to look for a different smart watch that may last for more than 13 months?

I notified fitbit and they replaced the hardware.

Juan never replied
Fitbit tech support had me do factory reset
However, 5 days later the Versa 2 screen interface changed to displaying red lines
Fitbit tech support had nothing new to offer saying they had already exhausted all known steps to fix it
No replacement offer because out of warranty on April 10th
They did offer a 25% off coupon if I purchase another Fitbit product but must be directly from their online store. Also recommended purchasing an extended warranty.
Back to my $30 Timex Ironman that is many years old, at least it works
