My versa won’t react to my touch on the right side. It will also randomly restart it self. Was hoping I needed to update it but it’s up to date. I have restarted it multiple times but it hasn’t helped.

If you can, try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.

I finally got it to swipe left and found the settings/ about and shut down.  Once it shut down for a few minutes, I turned it back on and it worked a few times and now it won't swipe again!
