Has fitbit fixed the issue with the update on the versa which stops the phone syncing?
They acknowledged the issue with the charge but all fitbit are telling me is they appreciate my frustration but I should just buy a new product despite the fault being a consequence of their update.
What issue are you talking about? I'm not aware of any sync issues with the update.
