Hello,
My Versa’s weather app won’t sync unless I go into my iPhone and sync the main Fitbit app, which I have set to all day syncing. Is there a fix to this?
(If not, what’s the point of having a weather app on my watch? It takes less time to open the weather on my phone than to sync the Fitbit app.)
Thanks in advance for any help on this!

Hi @another_Melissa , in principle syncing once a day shoud be sufficient to update the weather on the Versa. It's not necessary to sync everytime your Versa with your phone when you want to see the weather on your Versa. So, all in all, to have the actual weather on your Versa, one sync daily is sufficient. The only exception is that when you have been a long time out of BT range from your phone, it needs to be updated again, but if you carry your phone always with you, no problem. Regards kuzibri

I guess what I don't understand is why I would have to go into manually sync the app at all, particularly since there's a "All-Day Sync" option. Shouldn't that take care of it in the background? Ideally, I'd wear my Versa and not have to worry about it.

Ideally it should work like that, but sometimes ot does not work that way and a manual sync can give the Fitbit app "a little push in the back". Certainly when you have been out of BT range for a longer period of time. Regards kuzibri
