Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity
Sorry to tell you, but your Versa's screen is dead. Happened to mine within 6 months of purchase as well, they're just bad quality. I'd recommend contacting support directly and asking for a replacement if it's still under warranty.

Did your versa get wet by any chance? Mine went swimming ONCE and died hours later. Actually we have two that died the same day after swimming.
Mine had the white screen like you describe.
It now shows condensation in the heart rate sensors and is completely dead.
Hoping yours is under warranty. Fitbit refuses to help me with my 2 dead versas.
