while sitting at my desk I looked down to see what time it was... The screen was acting wierd... now all i have is a white screen... I have reset my it with no luck.... Can anyone help me?

Sorry to tell you, but your Versa's screen is dead. Happened to mine within 6 months of purchase as well, they're just bad quality. I'd recommend contacting support directly and asking for a replacement if it's still under warranty.

Did your versa get wet by any chance? Mine went swimming ONCE and died hours later. Actually we have two that died the same day after swimming.
Mine had the white screen like you describe.
It now shows condensation in the heart rate sensors and is completely dead.
Hoping yours is under warranty. Fitbit refuses to help me with my 2 dead versas.
