Versa will not reset

I have the first version of a Versa and it will not sync with my phone.

Questions

1/ do all three button have a click feel, the left and top right on my watch do but the bottom left does not click.

2/ is there any other way to reset my versa.

3/ I am using the left and bottom right button to try and reset my watch, is this right.

Do not do a factory reset - it may well kill the watch altogether.

Instead try and address the real problem which is in the phone.

Phone is showing that the watch is paired to the phone.

Would still like to know about the bottom right button, what does it do and
should it have the 'click' feel when depressed.

Phone did sync this morning but needed coaxing.

Bottom right button has the same click feel as the top right and left

And what are this buttons functions.
What are the buttons required to perform a reset of the watch. I'm not
going to do it.
