I did the firmware update this morning for my versa and since then it will not connect to the app. I removed the Fitbit from the Bluetooth list, restarted the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but this has not helped. I am using an iPhone 10 and the iPhone iOS is current as is the version of the Fitbit app.

Same here ever since I did the update I have to actually go to my phone and press sink for it to sink
Best AnswerUpdate to this. I just restarted the versa and that seemed to work. To do that I had to scroll on the versa to settings then in settings go to the about menu and at the bottom of the menu is an option to shut off which I selected. After a few minutes I turned the devise back on. It took a while to restart - maybe 10 minutes but then it synced with my app.
