Versa will not sync since update

I did the firmware update this morning for my versa and since then it will not connect to the app.  I removed the Fitbit from the Bluetooth list, restarted the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but this has not helped.  I am using an iPhone 10 and the iPhone iOS is current as is the version of the Fitbit app.

I hv experience the same thing now. Tried for few times but nothing change.

Same here ever since I did the update I have to actually go to my phone and press sink for it to sink

Same thing for me. VERY frustrating and you can't actually get help. Will never buy another product from them again.

Update to this.  I just restarted the versa and that seemed to work.  To do that I had to scroll on the versa to settings then in settings go to the about menu and at the bottom of the menu is an option to shut off which I selected.  After a few minutes I turned the devise back on. It took a while to restart - maybe 10 minutes but then it synced with my app.
