I have tried everything through the support groups and help tips but I cannot update my versa. It will not connect to the app to no avail. I am so done. I need advise/help. Thanks.

Hi, see this guide regarding updating your Versa. Just replace "My Versa" with "Your Versa".Hope this helps you!!

@Teesdiamond Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not updating. In order to avoid any confusion on my end, please let me know if you mean that your Versa is not syncing your data or if it's not updating its firmware.
If it's the firmware that is not updating, please follow the steps that shared @SunsetRunner.
